Home > News > Justice for Jane: cash reward offered

On Monday, March 16, the body of a female black lab/cross dog was found in the dumpster near Copper Road Vet Clinic in Whitehorse, Yukon.

We are calling her Jane. Jane was approximately 6-12 months old (although based on dental examination, we believe she is closer to one year). Jane was the victim of long-term cruelty. Evidence suggests that her death was caused by severe blunt force trauma. She had multiple fractures throughout her body, including broken legs, arms and jaw. She was shot through the skull, and one of her legs had been cut off. We are seeking the publicʼs assistance to find any details on Jane.

Do you recognize her?

Do you know of anyone who has had a black puppy in the last year?
